Coverage Period

L2Logic Co., Ltd. warrants TrueSight digital rearview mirror products against manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

Section 2

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise under normal use and proper installation of the Product, within the 3-year coverage period from the date of delivery.

If a covered defect is confirmed, the remedy provided by L2Logic is, at L2Logic's option, repair, replacement, or supply of an equivalent product.

Section 3

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation. Improper installation voids the warranty.
  • Unauthorized modification.
  • Physical damage.

Section 4

Customer Responsibility

To make use of this warranty, the customer is responsible for the following:

  • Reporting any DOA claim within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Covering return shipping when sending the Product back for warranty service.
  • Retaining proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or delivery confirmation) to support the warranty claim.
  • Arranging installation by a qualified automotive electronics technician, or following the supplied installation guidance, to preserve warranty coverage.

How to Make a Claim

Email support@digitalrearviewmirror.com with:

  • Your order number or delivery confirmation
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or video, where applicable

L2Logic's engineering team typically responds within 24 hours. The team will work with you to confirm the issue and, where required, arrange return and service of the Product.
