Worldwide shipping, clearly explained
TrueSight ships internationally. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, and we keep delivery expectations honest — estimates, not promises, because customs and carriers vary by country.
Shipping cost & checkout
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, so the amount is visible before you pay. Checkout is handled securely through PayPal, and you can pay with PayPal or a card through the PayPal flow — we never see your full card details.
Order processing & dispatch
- Stock availability. Orders are usually shipped within about 3 business days after payment is confirmed when the item is in stock. This is a typical timeframe, not a guaranteed dispatch date.
- If not immediately available. If an item is not in stock, we contact you using the email address or contact information provided with your order to share the expected shipping schedule.
- Tracking through PayPal. Once a tracking number is issued, it is added to your PayPal transaction, so you can follow the shipment status directly through PayPal.
Customs, taxes & import duties
Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or other taxes may be charged when the parcel arrives, and these are generally the buyer's responsibility. Rules differ widely between countries, so please review your local import requirements before ordering. We cannot predict or pre-pay every destination's charges.
Change-of-mind returns
- Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- Follow our return instructions. Returns must be shipped according to the invoice details, return documentation, and shipping instructions requested by L2Logic.
- Why it matters. When our return instructions are followed, import clearance costs and duties on our side may be avoided or minimized.
- If instructions are not followed. If a return is shipped without following our instructions, customs duties, clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs may occur, and those costs are the responsibility of the person returning the item.
Refund processing
After a returned item is received by L2Logic, we inspect its condition. If the item is confirmed to be in proper condition, the refund is usually processed to the original payment method within 1 business day after inspection. For return-related refunds, we may record the unpacking and inspection process from the moment the returned package is opened. A refund requires the item to be free from damage, installation marks, modification, missing components, or other condition issues.
Returns after installation
After installation, change-of-mind returns are generally limited, because each product is vehicle-specific and may involve wiring, mounting, or camera installation work. If there is a special reason for a return after installation, please contact our support team before sending anything back. Our team will review the situation and provide return instructions if a return is approved.
If your shipment arrives damaged
If the package or product arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos and videos of the box, packing materials, and product condition. Damage claims should be reported to our support team within 7 business days after delivery so we can help with a resolution.
Lost shipments & carrier issues
If a shipment appears delayed or missing, L2Logic will support the tracking process using the available tracking information. However, once a shipment has entered the destination country or local carrier network, some issues may need to be handled directly between the buyer and the local carrier. We will provide available tracking records and shipping information to assist, but we may not be able to directly control local carrier or customs handling.
Special vehicles — confirm fit before ordering
If your vehicle has a special configuration, an unusual mirror mount, a modified windshield area, or uncertain fitment, please contact support before ordering. We may ask for the model year, trim, market version, and real photos of the mirror area or rear-camera mounting area to confirm compatibility. Because each product is vehicle-specific, checking before you order avoids most return situations — see Compatibility Notes.
