Professional installation by a qualified automotive electronics technician is strongly recommended. Improper installation or wiring voids the warranty. If choosing DIY, verify LVDS connector compatibility before modifying any wiring.

Installation Precautions

Please carefully review the following instructions before installing the product.

  • This product utilizes high-speed digital LVDS signals. Unlike conventional analog wiring, extra care must be taken during installation to prevent the harness from being pinched, crushed, sharply bent, or damaged.
  • Do not fold, tightly bundle, or sharply bend excess wiring during final assembly. Any remaining cable should be coiled in a smooth circular loop and secured properly.
  • When connecting power, always use a multimeter to verify and connect to a stable and reliable power source.
  • When installing an interior-mounted rear camera, ensure that the camera's viewing angle is positioned within the windshield wiper sweep area. This ensures clear visibility in rain, snow, and other adverse weather conditions.
  • Before final mounting of the camera, always verify that the camera angle and image alignment are properly adjusted on the monitor.
  • For PRO 3.0 models, recording performance may vary depending on compatibility between the memory card and the main processor. Therefore, replacing the memory card arbitrarily is not recommended.
  • If replacement is necessary, only use a memory card meeting the following specifications: Maximum 128GB / Class 10 / Proven capable of stable 4K 60FPS recording performance
  • Any replacement memory card must undergo sufficient pre-installation compatibility and recording tests before use.

Does parking monitor work when the car is off?

Yes. The G-sensor triggered parking monitor activates automatically when ACC is off. On detecting vibration, it locks and extends the current clip by 30 seconds, then enters low-power sleep mode.

Does the mirror still work when the screen is off?

Yes. Standard reflective mirror functionality is always maintained regardless of display state. You never lose rear visibility.

Is professional installation required?
